“I had just a great experience for my first time attending a prenatal yoga class! I felt comfortable, the instructor continually informed me about why certain positions were good, where I should be feeling certain stretches, ways to modify movements. It was really educational and helped me feel comfortable! During the last portion (the affirmations), I felt so cared for; There were pillows to make laying on my side comfortable, and when she noticed I was holding my stomach (something I forget needs support now), the instructor seamlessly got a wedge pillow for me, without skipping a beat (and I immediately went home and bought one of them for myself).”
