She quickly developed a passion for breastfeeding and infant care education. Rebecca also has a personal interest in nutrition and wellness. After several years of providing breastfeeding support to new families she developed a passion for helping mothers overcome their breastfeeding challenges. Rosie’s interest in advocacy and activism attracted her to a career in social services, where she has been working for over 10 years. Currently she works at a nonprofit organization where she serves prenatal and postnatal families with small children. A self professed “birth junkie”, Rosie’s mission at Motherhood Matters is to change the, often negative and fearful narrative about birth, into a powerful, transformative experience. She facilitates twice monthly meetings for The Positive Birth Movement at Motherhood Matters.
